Who is at Risk?
How are you going to make sure it doesn’t happen?
Who’s Responsibility?

A potential hazard could be, the film crew/workers stepping on the green screen cloth for it to fall and get damaged.
 Green screen

High risk because that can be accidental.
 Workers/film crew, Michael and Mudia
Warning the filmers/workers not to go near the cloth and if so they should be careful

Another potential hazard is the Plasticine as that can melt at room temperature.
 Cupboard

low risk as we know where we usually put plasticine
 N/A
It won't happen as were suppose to give it to our client who then puts them in his office.

Thirdly, a crucial one is trip hazards like the wires can be all over the place
 green screen

high risk as this can also be accidental if they loose concentration.
 anyone, workers
I will arrange the wires and put a white tape on the floor to indicate where no one can step past.
 Michael A
food may sound like it's not much of a problem but leaving food around cause a big commotion.
 green screen/classroom

low risk but can cause people to fall out.
 anyone
my workers should eat before they come in.

The lighting is needed for when scences look dark, it can be a hazard if they are pointed towards you especially your eyes
 Green screen

High risk, someone with the light might not know where your standing and will accidentally point it towards you.
 anyone
I'll be the person with the lighting and make sure everyone is behind me
